PACKAGES - our sales department regularly offers special creative packages designed exclusively for specific business types advertising on our website. Talk to us today about a package designed for your business.

TEXT INSERSION - every local business may request a FREE text listing in the appropriate section of our virtual mall. Community service and not-for-profit organizations will be provided FREE text listings on the appropriate information page within oursite.

Text listings will be maintained indefinitely. They include your company or organization name, street address and telephone number. We refer to these as our 'white page' listings. Text listings may also be linked to a website or other on line advertising (on your server or ours) for a small annual fee.

BANNER - banner ads, like the ones at the top and bottom of this page, are typically linked to websites, flyers or coupons. The linking may be to advertising either on or off our local site. Banners can be placed at the top, bottom, or within most pages of our community site, with the exception of the Our Hutch Giftshop pages.

Available spots typically have the "Your Ad Could Be Here" banner, or some other internal announcement banner, already installed. Your advertising banner would replace this. Our art department can create a banner for you.

The banner ads run for three months and include linking to other advertising either on or off our local site. There is a design and setup fee for static and animated banners. Standard Banner sizes include: 468x60 pixels, 235x60 pixels, and 120x60

FLYER - flyer ads are like mini-websites. They are a single multiple-screen page (much like this page) advertising your business, service or product(s). Just like a full website, a flyer will have its own unique address (URL) that you can advertise on your business cards or in print ads, however flyers are typically found when people follow the link from an associated banner ad. Flyers are limited to a maximum length of five (5) 800x600 screens.

Flyer ad placement is in blocks of 3 months. There is a one-time design and set-up fee. Changes may be made at any time for a nominal fee. Contract packages for standard (weekly, monthly, etc.) change periods are available.

Flyers are ideal for grocery stores or fresh produce shops running weekly specials, furniture and appliance stores with montly sales and/or product introductions, used car lots featuring the "car of the week", etc.

COUPONS - e-coupons (electronic net-printable coupons) are not only a great way to advertise, they also get potential customers through your door. Free give aways, cents or dollars off, buy one get one free or discount deals and packages -- whatever the deal, e-coupons are a super promotional idea.

E-Coupon rates are based on each three month period. Discounts are offered for additional coupons running consecutively. There is a nominal set up fee for each coupon.

BUSINESS CARD - just like the small cardstock business card you are familiar with, an on line business card contains your business name, address, phone number and other contact information on a single screen display. Typically, an on line business card is linked from a simple text listing, but it can be linked from a banner ad and it can be linked to any other on line advertising, either on or off our local server.

Business cards are based on yearly insertions. A nominal set up fee applies.

WEBSITE - a full website is an excellent way to market products or services. It ties in perfectly with your current advertising strategy, or it can be the foundation for a whole new plan. Put your web address on business cards, flyers, on vehicles and billboards, and in print, radio and television ads. Attract people to your website where you have affordable space to go into detail about products, manufacturing, service, the people behind your company name, warantees and more.

You can even sell merchandise right from the site. Complete domain registration and hosting packages are available on a per year basis.
