TERMINATION

Our Hutch may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials. Our Hutch may cease to opperate this site or to provide all or any part thereof immediately without notice for any reason whatsoever.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions of Use will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Kansas, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.
