Kids Menu Availabel - this means there is a special children's portion section of the restaurant's menu. If their menu is on line then typically the children's menu is too.
All-You-Can-Eat Buffet - this restaurant offers a selection of dishes buffet or smorgasborg style. Click on the restaurant name for a selection of items offered.
Salad Bar - this restaurant offers a selection of salads and fresh vegetables and/or fruit buffet fashion.
Alcoholic Beverages - this restaurant is licensed to serve beer, wine and/or spirits. Click on restaurant name for details.
Smoking (Section) Available - an area of the restaurant is available for those who wish to smoke during or after their meals.
Coffee Stop - this restaurant is a great choice for meetings over coffee. They don't mind if you drop by and use a table for a while if you order at least coffee or another beverage for all present. Please don't tie up a table in this fashion over meal times, however, unless you order a meal.
Birthday Special - this restaurant offers a birthday special in one of several forms: a piece of cake for the individual, a small cake for the table, a free meal for the individual, a birthday song or some other item or event. Click on the restaurant name for details.
Call Ahead Okay - this means it's okay to call ahead to place an order for pickup. Some restaurants don't accept call-ahead orders and won't begin preparation before you arrive. If you are picking up food for a group at work, calling ahead is a plus.
Take-Out Available - almost any restaurant can prepare and package food for you to take away with you, but some offer the service as standard practice.
